The Pasini Daniele is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned with shipments made without our authorization and courier other than that indicated in our email.

REFUND CUSTOMER

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, LA Pasini Daniele will refund the customer the full amount paid for the product by following the transfer of the amount charged to the credit card.

For orders paid by Paypal, the amount refunded will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used and the amount will be returned to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate can not be refunded.

CUSTOMER REFUNDS EU

The shipping cost for the return of the product purchased in the EU area is charged to the customer.

CUSTOMER REFUNDS Extra EU

The shipping cost for the return of the product purchased in area EXTRA EU is borne by the customer and the final repayment will be deducted the costs of import taxes.

WHEN DECADE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal in cases where the Pasini Daniele finds:

1. Lack of the receipt / invoice.

2. Using part of the property;

3. The lack of external and / or internal packaging;

4. The absence of product components;

5. Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

In the case above, the Pasini Daniel will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors in shipments by the Pasini Daniele, is required to follow the same instructions above. The Pasini Daniele reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at his premises.

JURISDICTION

The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and the Pasini Daniele is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any dispute will be the Judicial Authority of Modena.
